Toshiba Brings Peace of Mind To Simple Cellphone Users December 16, 2005
If you”ve ever gotten a desperate call from your parents, from their land line, begging you to help them figure out the new cellphone they just purchased, you”ll be happy to hear about Toshiba”s V50T. An easy-to-use cellphone with something called “simple modes” built-in, you can personalize your menu to only show features you use (like making and receiving calls), and dump the rest. You can also make the type bigger for easy reading and for kids and/or teenagers, you can actually limit the amount of talktime and phone numbers that can be dialled. I”d say that”s a score for frustrated parents paying way too much in overage fees. Minimal features include a 1.3 megapixel camera, miniSD card slot and 2 TFT displays. Comes in 4 colors.
