R.I.P. FireWire December 16, 2005
Since the FireWire-less video iPod launch, Apple”s FireWire web page has managed to slip down into the depths of purgatory. And, rumors are surfacing that the new Intel-based Powerbooks will lose FireWire 400 completely and only keep one FireWire 800 port for the video editors. Say it ain”t so Apple, say it ain”t so.
